Meet Rick
Rick Schultz is the principal at Resonate whose accumulated expertise extends far beyond the typical CFO role.
A licenced CPA/CGA since 2002, he’s served as Senior Financial Executive & leader in several tech enterprises since 1996.
Having taken 3 companies public, he’s served as interim CEO & fractional CFO for over a dozen others; both Public & Private.
In addition to the CFO/fractional CFO roles, Rick often heads his client’s Legal, Data & Analytics and Admin departments.
Rick has a strong background & rich experience in ALL functions of the CFO: strategy, cash management, systems and data, risk management, legal and of course finance.
The focal point of his practice is on early-revenue SaaS companies & Rick has extensive experience in what makes these companies so unique - SaaS metrics, product definition, go-to-market strategies (and all the pivots that ensue).
